In its ruling of 12 May 1998 the first-instance district court of Hamburg provides that in the event of installing a link the homepage owner shall, should the need arise, also be held responsible for the content of the linked page. This can - according to the district court - only be prevented by explicitly distancing oneself from this content.We have installed links to other pages on our homepage.
