Terms and Conditions for the "FRANK WALDER Shopping Vouchers" Prize Draw
The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the "FRANK WALDER Shopping Vouchers" prize draw, organised by Held Fashion Retail GmbH, represented by Managing Director Ms Carolin Kittel, Hans-Hofmann-Straße 11, 95213 Münchberg (hereinafter "Frankenwälder"). By taking part in the prize draw, participants (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Participants") agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Duration of the Prize Draw
The prize draw begins on 01.08.2025 and ends on 30.11.2025. The closing date for entries is 30.11.2025 at 23:59. The decisive factor for timely participation is the date of subscription to the FRANK WALDER Newsletter.
2. Participation and Prize

2.1 Participation is open to any person of legal age who, during the participation period, is or becomes a FRANK WALDER Newsletter subscriber and submits a prize draw card to us.

2.2 On 08.12.2025, five winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries and notified by e-mail. Each winner will receive 1 of 5 shopping vouchers for the FRANK WALDER online shop.
3. Eligibility
Employees of Held Fashion Retail GmbH, Frankenwälder E. Held GmbH & Co. KG, Frankenwälder E. Held Geschäftsführungs-GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.
4. Exclusion of Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the execution of the prize draw, the decision on the prize and the awarding of the prize itself.
5. Data
The data submitted by participants in connection with this prize draw will be used by Frankenwälder for marketing purposes via e-mail & WhatsApp.
