Terms and Conditions for the Daily Prize Draw

The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the daily prize draw among all orders, which is organized by Held Fashion Retail GmbH, represented by Managing Director Ms. Carolin Kittel, Hans-Hofmann-Straße 11, 95213 Münchberg (hereinafter "Frankenwälder"). By participating in the prize draw, participants (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "Participants") agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Prize Draw Period

The prize draw begins on 24/04/2026 and ends on 07/05/2026 at 11:59 p.m..

2. Participation and Prize

2.1 Participation in the prize draw is possible for all orders that reach a minimum merchandise value of €200.00 (excluding shipping costs and redeemed vouchers) on the respective calendar day of the prize draw period. The decisive factor is the merchandise value at the time the order is completed.

2.2 One winner will be determined for each calendar day of the prize draw period. The draw takes place on the following working day. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, a separate winner will also be determined for each day; these winners will be notified on the following working day (usually Monday).

2.3 During the specified period, one voucher per calendar day with a value of €15.00 for the Frank Walder online shop will be raffled off. The voucher is valid for a period of one year from receipt, cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers and is not redeemable for cash. 

3. Eligibility

Employees of Held Fashion Retail GmbH, Frankenwälder E. Held GmbH & Co. KG and Frankenwälder E. Held Geschäftsführungs-GmbH as well as their family members are excluded from participation.

4. Exclusion of Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the conduct of the prize draw, the selection of winners and the awarding of the prize.
